½cupPickle Juice
¼cupMilk or Buttermilk
1teaspoonGarlic Powder
1teaspoonOnion Powder
1teaspoonPaprika
½teaspoonSaltor to taste
½teaspoonPepperor to taste
1tablespoonOlive Oilfor greasing the grill

Instructions
Marinate: In a bowl, whisk together pickle juice, milk (or buttermilk), and seasonings. Submerge the chicken pieces in the mixture and refrigerate for 29 minutes to 4 hours.
Preheat & Oil: Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high (around 375–400°F). Lightly coat the grill grates with olive oil.
