  • 1 –1.5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • ½ cup Pickle Juice
  • ¼ cup Milk or Buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for greasing the grill

  • Cayenne Pepper or Chili Powder for heat
  • Brown Sugar or Honey for sweetness
  • Dried Herbs e.g., oregano, rosemary for added aroma

Instructions
 

  • Marinate: In a bowl, whisk together pickle juice, milk (or buttermilk), and seasonings. Submerge the chicken pieces in the mixture and refrigerate for 29 minutes to 4 hours.
  • Preheat & Oil: Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high (around 375–400°F). Lightly coat the grill grates with olive oil.
  • Grill: Remove chicken from marinade, shaking off excess. Arrange pieces on the grill, leaving space between each. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Rest & Serve: Allow the nuggets to rest for a couple of minutes, then serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces or sides.
