Ingredients
  

  • 1 package croissant dough pre-rolled or puff pastry sheets
  • 1 cup chilled cookie dough homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour for dusting
  • 1 egg + 1 tablespoon water for egg wash

(Optional) ¼ cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • Dust your work surface with flour.
  • Unroll the croissant dough and cut into triangles if needed.
  • Place a small scoop of cookie dough on the widest end of each triangle.
  • Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, sealing the dough around the filling.
  • Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
  • Bake on a parchment-lined sheet at 375–400°F for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly and enjoy warm.
