Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 can ~21 ounces blueberry pie filling

(Optional) 1 teaspoon lemon zest

(Optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then press into a 9x13-inch dish. Chill 15 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and optional flavorings, then gently fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread half the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  • Layer the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight).
