Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin or round, cut into small chunks
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 Bell Peppers sliced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 2 Tomatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Jalapeños 1–2, sliced
  • Mushrooms 1 cup, sliced
  • Zucchini/Squash 1 cup, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear Beef until browned; set aside.
  • Cook Chicken until lightly golden; set aside.
  • Sauté Onion & Garlic until onion is translucent.
  • Add Peppers & Tomatoes; cook until peppers soften.
  • Return Meats; season with cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper.
  • Simmer for 5–10 minutes, letting flavors meld.
  • Serve Hot in tortillas, over rice, or with your favorite sides.
