Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound crab meat fresh or canned, drained
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs panko or regular
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 clove minced garlic optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg. Stir in mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth.

  • Shape tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  • Bake: At 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden.
  • OR Fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook crab balls for 2–3 minutes per side until crisp.
